Win a Case of Pistachios for the Big Game!

The “Big Game” is one of the most highly anticipated sporting events of the year. Team colors are worn proudly, rivalries escalate and more than 2.5 million pounds of nuts are consumed on that Sunday alone. Those of us on the West Coast have been left without a regional team to root for, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want to get in on the action. That’s why we’ve created the Pistachio Bowl (literally)!
Tell us which team you’re rooting for and why you deserve to win a case of pistachios by Friday, February 5 at 3 pm PST. We’ll even throw in a special football bowl for the occasion. The winning entry will receive their pistachios on Saturday, February 6, just in time for any football festivities. If you’re throwing a party, have your entire guest list submit an entry to improve your odds of winning.
As a side giveaway, tell us your team and score predictions. The person(s) closest to the actual score will receive a pistachio prize pack after game day.

I am rooting for the Saints, they knocked my team out so I decided to go with them, I think it would be great for them to win as New Orleans could use a celebration after Katrina.
I would like to win the nuts as they are good for your heart, and besides they taste darn good and most stuff that is good for you doesn’t always taste so good.

i’m pulling for the saints to win the super bowl for the first time ever in their franchise. my best friend is from louisiana and has talked about the saints non stop as long as i have known him. he really deserves it since his family there has been through so much. i deserve a case of nuts because i’m addicted to them and being overweight they have helped me feel healthy, get in shape and even lose weight. they have the greatest taste and have become my favorite snack. since i have now got my friends and family hooked on them i’m gonna need a case so i can actually afford to share with them.

I’m rooting for the Colts! My team is out but I think the Colts have a great line-up & can potentially take it away from the Saints.

I am rooting for the Saints. And I deserve a case of Pistachios because I love them, and everybody I know loves them, and they will add such a great element to our super bowl party as everybody will get crackin’ while watchin’ the game. It will make the game that much more enjoyable because to me only one thing can make the Super Bowl better and that is Pistachios.

I deserve to win the case since our family it the #1 devourers of Pistachios. Our <3 for Wonderful Pistachios is such that in 2 of the last woot-offs, we bought a total of 24 lbs of nuts – all gone now. Thank goodness Sam's now carries the 4 lb bags.
Since the Steelers, bunch of nuts that they are, never got crackin’ this year, I wasn’t even sure at first that I’d even watch the game. But hey, if you’re worth your salt you have to come out of your shell and join the party. And if the party features Wonderful Pistachios, what a super Bowl party it will be!
I’ll go with the Colts, 31-13.

I should win the case of pistachios because my name isn’t DeStorm and I didn’t just take you for 25 large. Also I gave my free bag of pistachios coupon to my friend Evan for his 30th birthday which makes me a good person. And I could give you a sob story about being fat or needing them for recipes, but I’m not gonna cry about nuts. I’m just gonna eat the heck out of them at my sister’s “Big Game” party (see, now you won’t be sued by the NFL and be out at least another $25,000). I should be your accountant.
And as for the winner of the ‘Big Game’ (you’re welcome again) Indianapolis 34-28 because Drew Brees already was plenty of nuts resting on his chin.

I’m rooting for the Saints, because I have no loyalty to either team, and New Orleans could use some feel good juice. Don’t know if I deserve to win the nuts, but I sure would put them to good use. Haven’t had an income for many months, and the food budget is mightly small. Plus, I know your Pistachios, and they’re wonderful and healthy! Unfortunately, I think the Colts will probably take this one again: Colts 38, Saints 17.

I believe that the Saints will take this one. I think the score will be around 28 Saints and 21 for the Colts. The Saint’s had a good season and I think that the team wants some Super Bowl rings. I really hope the Raider’s could Get Crakin’ on the field next year
I definitely will need more Wonderful Pistachio for the Sunday game party. More nuts in the house will make everybody happy with their team. Pistachios are an easy and good snack to prepare.
All you need to do is open bag and grab a nut, crack and eat.

Wow I still can’t believe I won – thank you so much and I really do love the pistachios got some from the Girl Scouts and while they were good they just were not Wonderful Pistachios which are the only ones to eat
