Pistachio Harvest on the Horizon

All you pistachio lovers will be glad to know our harvest is about three weeks away. This means we’ll be shaking thousands of trees and hauling the pistachios away for processing. Not to worry, though, Wonderful Pistachios cares for each individual tree with the utmost care and practices sustainable farming. Despite it being an “off-year” for us, we’re still projecting to harvest between 400-450 million pounds! That’s a lot of pistachios…
