Limit one (1) Entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. If more than one (1) Entry per person is received, only the first Entry received will be eligible. No purchase necessary. Any Entry that does not include all required information and adhere to the foregoing and following requirements will be considered void and will not be considered in the judging of this Sweepstakes. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PDT on April 8, 2013 and adhere to foregoing requirements to be eligible for the drawings. Entries submitted past the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted and will be destroyed. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of any Entry by Sponsor. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered account holder of the Twitter account that submitted the Entry. All Entries will be tracked by Sponsor with a hashtag search and Twitter alerts, which Sponsor will use, at its sole discretion, to determine which Entries are eligible. PRIZE DRAWINGS: All eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered into random drawings held on each of the following dates to determine the potential winners of the prizes available to be won in the Sweepstakes after each round of games during the men’s Division I college basketball tournament (each, a “Prize Round”):

A total of five (5) winners (each, a “Winner”) will be selected by random drawing for the Sweepstakes. One (1) winner will be determined for each Prize Round. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each Winner will be notified within three (3) days after determination of the Winners by direct message on Twitter, and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) as well as any other documents which may be required by Sponsor, all of which must be received fully-executed within seven (7) days of date printed on notification or he/she may be disqualified. If after three (3) attempts to contact a potential winner, Sponsor has been unable to do so, he/she will be disqualified.
