Wonderful Pistachios

Had a super cool experience today. Being the fitness instructor for paramount farms (one of the largest pistachio plants in the US), today I donned full protective gear and went to teach a 10 min stretch session to the line level employees who are sitting in a chair sorting pistachios for hours on end. The people here are wonderful. They are so appreciative and really enjoyed the session so much. This company is also amazing because they are working so hard to promote health and fitness to their employees to keep them healthy and show them the importance and value of health and fitness. Not to mention, their new freestanding gym where I teach circuit training is state of the art as well. Seeing the plant was really cool too. its HUGE and I’ve never seen so many pistachios in my life! This job has been a great experience for me and I’m sorry to leave! Today is my last day before hubby and I head to Florida!
